Where Have All the Children Gone?
by David Icke, Dec 16, 2007

ello all ...
I have a crew from Belgian
national television coming to see me on Monday
to talk about the global trafficking of
children. This is especially significant in
Belgium after the child kidnappings and murders
in the mid-1990s that threatened to implicate
the country's political establishment and other
famous names.
How they got away with it and
pinned it all on a sick and pathetic paedophile
and child-supplier called Marc Dutroux was the
classic establishment response to danger that is
repeated constantly across the world.
Often I hear people say that
if child abuse, kidnap and murder was happening
on the scale I suggest then 'they' would not be
able to keep it under wraps. What happened in
Belgium shows that they can.
Missing Children
As I have said so many times,
people generally don't get their views and
opinions from researched information, but from
an 'image', an 'impression', of how things are.
With regard to missing children, this
'impression' is heavily influenced by the number
of lost children stories they see in the media.
If we are talking the
national media there are very few. The enormous
coverage of the missing British girl, MadeleineMcCann,
who was abducted while on holiday in Portugal,
is a rare example compared with the number of
children who disappear every year.
While people get their
impression of scale from the lost children
featured in the media, staggering numbers of
children go missing never to be seen again. I
remember calling many American states a few
years ago to ask for their missing children
figures and it was truly extraordinary. On
average, around 3,000 children a day are
reported missing in the United States, never
mind those the authorities never hear about. Add
them together and you are talking hundreds of
thousands of children.
Belgium is a small country of
some ten million people and yet in the Brussels
region alone it was revealed that 1,300 minors
disappeared between 1991 and 1996. Around the
world you find the same repeating story and
multi-millions of children go missing every year
never to be found.
Where do they go?
MoreMissing Children
After researching this
subject in multiple countries for the best part
of 20 years, I can tell you what happens to many
of them. They become sex objects for the rich
and famous; they are trafficked around the world
by rings connected to the rich and famous; and
they are sacrificed in the satanic rituals of
the rich and famous. Others are enslaved into
government and military mind-control programmes
which abduct children to genetic order.
This is covered up by
controlling the system at all levels:
government; law 'enforcement'; social services;
the courts; and the media.
The Pedophile Network
This is the pyramid system
which the perpetrators employ to both abduct
children and cover up their monstrous crimes
against humanity. The point is that you don't
have to control everyone in these organisations
and institutions - only those few with the power
to stop the truth being investigated and
established.
This structure operates in
every country and the Belgian case is a textbook
example of how it works. Belgium is particularly
important to the child trafficking, sex and
murder rings because of the sheer demand in that
country for the 'services' they provide.
Belgium only became an 'independent'entity
in 1830. It was conquered and re-conquered many
times after Julius Caesar arrived to impose the
Roman province of Belgica, named after the
Belgae, a people of ancient Gaul. Major
Illuminati bloodlines like Charlemagne and the
Habsburg dynasty have ruled this land and today
it has a royal family from the German house of
Saxe-Coburg-Gotha - the same as the 'British'
House of Windsor.
Belgium
Belgium is a major global
centre for the Illuminati and that's why they
have established the headquarters there of both
NATO and the European Union (EU).
The country may be only about
the size of the State of Maryland, but its
influence on world affairs through NATO and the
EU is massive.
Now, here's the nub with
regard to children. The number of paedophiles
among people in power is absolutely
extraordinary for the many reasons I outline in
my books. The incest that goes on in the 'elite'
families is part of the story, but there are
other reasons that include genetics.
So here we have this small
piece of land that is home not only to the
Belgian bloodline establishment, but also to the
vast military and political elite attending and
administering NATO and the European Union. And
where the bloodlines go, so do the child
trafficking rings - supply and demand.
This is the background to
what happened in Belgium and why it was so
blatantly covered up. The names involved would
have threatened not only the Belgian power
structure, but that of NATO and the EU.
The story began publicly in
1995 when two eight-year-old girls, Julie
Lejeune and Mélissa Russo, were kidnapped and
they were later found dead in a dungeon under
the house of Marc Dutroux, the country's most
notorious paedophile, who, with his wife,
Michelle Martin, had already served a jail
sentence for child abduction and rape.
But this prime suspect wasn't
arrested for 14 months, by which time the girls
had died of starvation and been buried. Sabine
Dardenne, aged 12, and Laetitia Delhez, aged 14,
were also kidnapped by Dutroux and an accomplice
in 1996. Months later they were found alive in
the dungeon. Two other girls, 17-year-old An
Marchal and 19-year-old Eefje Lambrecks, were
murdered after being kidnapped by Dutroux in
1995 while on a camping trip.
Marc Dutroux
Whenever the establishment
want to cover up a crime, or hide the real power
behind it, watch for police 'incompetence'. You
see it over and over - not least in the case of
Britain's Madeleine McCann, which has the
hallmarks of a professional kidnap to order.
Long before his arrest,
police went to Dutroux's house and heard the
sound of children 'whimpering', but took no
action. They said the voices sounded like they
were outside. They also found videos at the
house - which they didn't watch - and
failed to develop film they discovered. Had they
done so, they would have seen Dutroux building
the dungeon in which the girls were kept.
Dutroux and his accomplice,
Michel Lelievre, were kidnapping children to
order for the Belgian establishment in its many
forms. After several of the disappearances
Dutroux paid large sums of money into several
bank accounts and even when his only income was
supposed to be a welfare cheque he was worth an
estimated six million francs. It was money for
supplying children.
Michel Lelievre told police
that Dutroux answered to a Brussels
'businessman' called Jean Michel Nihoul, but as
the network began to be revealed Lelievre said
he had been threatened and refused to cooperate
further.
Nihoul became known as the
'Monster of Belgium', but he told a BBC reporter
that he would never appear in court because 'the
information he has about important people in
Belgium would bring the government down'. In
fact, he was brought to trial, but convicted on
far lesser charges.
Now the race was on to ensure
that Dutroux and his fellow gofers took the
blame for everything to protect the big names
that were really running the network or being
supplied with its kidnapped children.
A major block to this cover
up was the original investigating judge,
Jean-Marc Connerotte, who appeared to be
determined to find the truth whatever it was and
whoever it exposed. He became a national hero
when his actions led to Sabine Dardenne and
Laetitia Delhez being found alive in Dutroux's
dungeon.
The establishment required no
laxatives at this point, but they seized on the
fact that Connerotte attended a fundraising
dinner organised by the parents of the victims
and this was used to claim that he had
compromised his impartiality. It was a lie and a
sham, of course, but the elite-controlled
Supreme Court ordered him off the case. Phew!
From that moment, no new
information about the child kidnap and murder
ring has been discovered because it was simply
not meant to be. Three hundred thousand people
protested on the streets of Brussels and workers
went on strike at the dismissal of Connerotte.
They knew why it had been done, so blatant had
the cover up become.
Strike
Eight years later at
Dutroux's constantly-delayed trial, Connerotte
broke down in tears as he described the
bullet-proof vehicles and armed guards needed to
protect him against 'shadowy figures' determined
to stop the full truth coming out.
'Never before in Belgium has
an investigating judge at the service of the
king been subjected to such pressure. We were
told by police that [murder] contracts had been
taken out against the magistrates. As the danger
mounted, emergency measures were taken.'
The delay in arresting
Dutroux, and those eight years before he
was brought to trial in 2004, also gave the
cover up time to ensure that 20 potential
witnesses died in mysterious circumstances that
have never been credibly explained.
Then there were the
'X-witnesses', especially Regina Louf. Before
his dismissal, Judge Connerotte appealed for
victims of paedophiles to tell the police in
confidence what they knew. Regina Louf was the
first of ten to come forward and they were known
as the 'X-witnesses'.
Regina Louf
Their evidence was so
devastating that they had to be discredited -
especially Louf. The despicable controlled media
leaked her name and began the systematic
destruction of her character and perceived
credibility, not least via the government-owned
TV station RTBF, which has asked to interview me
on Monday. That should be interesting. The
vicious attacks on Regina Louf were not only to
stop her evidence being believed, but to warn
anyone else of the consequences of speaking out.
She told police how she had
been 'given' by her parents at the age of 12 to
a family friend called Tony Van den Bogaert. He
would collect her from school and take her to
weekend sex parties where she was forced to have
sex and make child porn movies. The parties
involved sadism, torture and even murder and
they were attended by judges, politicians,
bankers and the 'elite' - the dregs - of Belgian
'society'.
Louf gave police the names by
which she knew these men and described in detail
the houses, apartments and districts where it
all happened. One of the main organisers, she
said, was Jean Michel Nihoul - known to her as
'Mitch' - who was 'a very cruel man'. She said
he abused children in 'a very sadistic way'.
Also with him was ... Dutroux:
'Dutroux was a boy who
brought drugs, cocaine to these parties - he
brought some girls, watched girls. At these
events Nihoul was a sort of party beast while
Dutroux was more on the side.'
This was ten years before the
Dutroux murders of the mid-1990s.
Jean Michel Nihoul
Guess what happened next? The
police team that interviewed Regina Louf and
found her to be credible were dismissed from the
case. They also interviewed the other
'X-witnesses' and had already verified parts of
Louf's story, including details of a murder she
had witnessed that was still in the
unsolved file. Nihoul, she said, took part in
the murder while Dutroux watched.
The victim was a 16-year-old
called Christine Van Hees but her murder had not
been investigated for 12 years on the orders of
a Judge Van Espen. It turns out that Van Espen
had a close relationship with Nihoul and his
then wife. The corruption and deceit is
fantastic and yet the judge was not sacked when
this connection came to light. It's much worse
to attend a dinner with the parents of missing
children, of course.
This police team working with
Regina Louf and the 'X-witnesses' were getting
too close for comfort and so they had to go. In
the spring of 1997, they were sent home without
explanation and a new team assigned. Surprise,
surprise, they said that Louf and the rest were
making it up. As a result, they were not called
to give evidence at Dutroux's trial.
The police 'investigation'
has been simply an exercise in elite protection.
Little Mellissa Russo was raped repeatedly over
a long period according the autopsy report, but
no DNA evidence or forensics have been produced
to confirm who did it. Anne Thily, the
Prosecutor General of Liege, even lied to a BBC
documentary reporter when she said there had
been DNA tests, but they were inconclusive
because the bodies were too decomposed. The
autopsy clearly states that this was not the
case.
Anne Thily, the Prosecutor General of Liege. No words
necessary.
Some 5,000 hairs that were
found in the Dutroux dungeon were never sent for
DNA analysis and this was Thily's extraordinary
explanation: 'There was no need to get the hairs
analysed as no one else entered the cage.
There was no network so there was no need to
look for evidence of one'. She then
contradicted herself and said all the hairs had
been analysed and nothing of significance found,
but this was another lie because BBC sources 'at
the centre' of the investigation said the hair
had not been tested. Carine Russo, mother of the
murdered Melissa, was not even allowed to see
her daughter's body. She recalls:
'I begged and pleaded. I
went with my lawyer but they refused. They told
me the law did not permit it. "But who will
identify my daughter?" I asked them. "Who will
confirm that it's her?" "Dutroux has identified
her," they told me.'
Callousness comes so easy to
these people.
Three crime reporters
published a book about the affair called the
The X-Files: What Belgium Was Not Supposed to
Know About the Dutroux Affair, which claimed
that the truth was covered up to protect the
Belgian establishment. One former prosecutor,
Judge Guy Poncelet, called the book 'brilliant
and convincing'. He said that 'certain
political and judicial authorities', with the
help of the state radio and television and much
of the press, had deliberately played down
disturbing evidence uncovered in the Dutroux
investigation.
What he said was correct, but
so monumentally understated.
In 2004, Dutroux was jailed
for life for the kidnap, rape and murder of
young girls; his former wife, Michelle Martin,
was given 30 years for kidnapping and rape; and
Michel Lelievre got 25 years for kidnapping and
drug-dealing. Businessman Michel Nihoul was
outrageously acquitted of kidnapping, but jailed
for five years for drug-dealing and counts of
fraud.
The Belgian establishment,
along with those at NATO and the European Union,
had been spared exposure and now it was business
as usual - child abuse on a massive scale.
Techniques of suppression
The techniques of suppression
deployed in Belgium have saved people like
serial paedophile and child torturer, Father
George Bush, from exposure decade after decade.
The infamous Franklin Cover-Up case in Omaha,
Nebraska, which involved paedophile parties
attended by Bush, was a mirror of what happened
in Belgium.
The ring involved the chief
of police, leading politicians and the owner of
the local media and when the victims spoke out
they got the same treatment as Regina Louf. It's
the same the whole world over when the
establishment is facing the threat of exposure:
Police 'incompetence'; the removal and
discrediting of honest police officers; killing
and discrediting key witnesses; rigging the
courts; using the media as a propaganda machine
to mislead the public.
How sad it is that the people
of Belgium, after all the promise of that mass
demonstration, have gone back to their slumber
and pretty much forgotten all about it. What's
most sad, is that what they were so outraged
about more than a decade ago is still going on
... every day.
