As every “conspiracy theorist” knows, it is a compulsive, pathological trait for criminals to return to the scene of the (war) crime to revel in their deed and personally witness the commotion they have caused. Governor Jeb Bush, Jack Straw, Colin Powell, UN Secretary General Kofe Annan and the Director of the World Bank, James Wolfenson, have all visited the regions affected by a mega-tsunami to see the aftermath first-hand.

Before you can say, “Holy Mount Zion” the House of Rothschild will be dishing out a few quid in aid and touring the Bay of Bengal in their luxury yacht. The real players are feeling confident enough to crawl out from under their opulent rocks because the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) outlining the need for US global dominance through pre-emptive and covert military intervention is beginning to take shape.

The Pax Americana plan stressed the necessity of a substantial military presence in the Gulf and achieved this through open conflict, but it earmarked China for “regime change” saying, “It is time to increase the presence of American forces in SE Asia.” This has also been accomplished, with British battleships accompanying a US aircraft carrier and marines swarming over stricken Asia in what appears to be a disaster relief effort.

…And not a single shot was fired, or was it? Colin Powell described, “The power of the wave to destroy bridges, to destroy factories, to destroy homes, to destroy crops, to destroy everything in its path” as amazing! But what type of wave did he mean… the tsunami or an electromagnetic one? The ‘powers that be’ have had decades to develop ‘the art of telegeodynamics’ in top-secret and deploy it on “sleeping” targeted nations.

In 1960 Nikita Khrushchev announced to the Presidium: “We have a new weapon, just within the portfolio of our scientists, so to speak, which is so powerful that, if unrestrainedly used, it could wipe out all life on earth. It is a fantastic weapon.” Or, “amazing” as Powell would say. For a Superpower seeking world domination, the temptation to trigger geological upheaval with EM weapons, must be irresistible.

“In the article ‘Nikola Tesla, Dreamer’ (Allan L. Benson, World Today, Feb. 1912) an artist's illustration appears showing the entire earth cracking in half with the caption; Tesla claims that in a few weeks he could set the earth's crust into such a state of vibration that it would rise and fall hundreds of feet and practically destroy civilization. A continuation of this process would, he says, eventually split the earth in two.”

Perhaps Tesla should have taken that opportunity when he had it and spared the 20th Century its misery, but that is rather cynical, good things happened too, although I can’t think of any presently. The ten nations which Tom Bearden claims possess scalar weapons are ruled by the same unseen entity, so it matters not which ‘rogue group’ uses them, it still justifies the emergence of a worldwide command and control system.

PNAC pinpoints Iran and Syria as other dangerous regimes which require ‘affirmative’ action and Ann Coulter wants North Korea nuked “for fun” because it would send out a message that the US means business! So, we can anticipate more chaos at home and abroad as it provides the impetus to promote the micro-chipping of needy, displaced and vulnerable people, desperate for “humanitarian” assistance from the ‘sex-crazed’ UN.
