Born In Captivity, Living Under
Occupation [Back to Non Printer-Friendly Version]
My name is Erik Fortman. I was born in captivity, under a foreign government. Today, my country is still occupied. I am a slave, living under an oppressive regime that invaded us, making our Confederacy a permanent colony in 1865. The Reconstruction Acts secured my status as a lifelong indentured servant, making my people corporate property under the illegal United States Government. Interestingly, Texas should have more power than the United States Government, as should all States. Although Texas did not help create the Federal Government, thirteen of our original States did. This power over the Federal Government is written in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, most notably the 10th Amendment. It was because of the subversion of this line of power that Texas joined other Southern States and created the Confederacy. Inside the Confederacy, Texas again enjoyed her sovereignty. After the War for Southern Independence, misnamed the Civil War, Texas was again subjugated to a growing, illegal U.S. Elite Military/Industrial/Banking empire. Presently, the U.S is unjustly binding Texas - and each individual State - into incarceration. The U.S. is itself now a mere jailbird in the prison of global government, which makes Texas servile to two entities. The United Nations has, among other illegal acts, taken over many of our National Parks in the name of "heritage." With Bush and Condi Rice's bidding, the U.N. will likely take control of 99% of all oceans and their vast natural resources. My Confederacy would never have entered into a treaty one with the United Nations. If they had, I would advocate that Texas secede from that union, too.
Abraham Lincoln publicly stated in an 1858 presidential debate: "I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of 'the social and political equalities of the white and black races' of making voter or jurors of Negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people." General Robert E. Lee was not a slaveholder; General Ulysses S. Grant was. The Emancipation Proclamation freed slaves in all Confederate States. Union slaves were still just that, slaves. U.S. slaves were not freed until the passage of the 14th Amendment. Authors Kennedy and Kennedy write in their tome, The South Was Right!: "Jefferson Davis (Confederate President) wrote to his wife in February 1861 that, no matter what the result of the conflict was, the slave property of the South 'will eventually be lost,'" and that he "sought to uplift and educate the slaves to make them ready for freedom." Today, blacks and whites alike are unready for freedom, and have indeed lost much of the liberty delegated from the original, valid U.S. government. All this proves that the supposed Civil War was not about slavery. Slavery was a propaganda issue utilized effectively by the North to keep Southern allies from joining the side of our freedom fighters. This is not only proven by the words and actions of the leaders on both sides during that dire time. In a March 02, 2003 article on Cronaca entitled "Archeology of Northern Slavery", hard proof is exposed. "Slaveholding plantations, usually thought of as uniquely Southern institutions, were deeply rooted in the fabric of the 'free' States of the North as well, new archeological studies are showing." Innercity.org admits that the first slaves came to Jamestown (New England) in 1619. Northerner General Grant's wife's slaves were among the last ones freed in America. Only 6% of all Southerners were slaveholders; half of those owned five or less slaves; a handful of those were African-Americans.
The Knights of the Golden Circle is widely known as a Freemasonic organization unleashed to agitate the South. George Bickley founded the group. Bickley had financial ties to Britain, and once wrote in favor of abolition. Despite this, his rhetoric turned toward States' Rights and Wall Street conspiracies. Renowned journalist and author Jim Marrs wrote extensively about the Knights in his hit book, Rule By Secrecy. "The KGC came to form the nucleus of the Southern military; by 1860 membership in the KGC became more than sixty-five thousand and constituted the 'brains' of the South. The Knights went underground after the war, eventually emerging as the KKK." The South should recall this part of our history. Although the Confederacy stood for freedom, we allowed racism to be spread among us, poisoning our minds. This kept Southern energies focused on reconstruction and integration, rather than the illegal acts of the Federal Government perpetrated on white, black, brown, yellow, and red alike. The New Freedom Movement should not, will not include racism. This will make the other 99% of the Southern credo - liberty and consent of the governed - a global movement.
The North adopted a "total war" strategy, while the South refused to take on vile practices. Union soldiers raped, tortured, and murdered white and black Southerners alike. Union soldiers used Southern POWs as human shields, akin to the Hussein method. This evil perpetrated on the South, especially the women, is the primary motive for Lee's surrender. He later told Texas Governor Stockdale, "Governor, if I had foreseen the use those people (Northerners) designed to make of their victory, there would have been no surrender at Appomattox! I would have preferred to die at Appomattox with my brave men, my sword in this right hand."
The Posse Comitatus Act was later passed, in 1878, as a direct result of the subjugation of military control. Although this law is still in place, the illegal U.S. government is now occupying American soil in direct violation of this Act. Clinton's use of Delta Force and other Special Ops at Waco opened the door for infringements and military rule that could not have been imagined by pre 9-11 Americans. In direct response, several "conservatives" are begging that we repeal Posse Comitatus! Even without its repeal, the 2005 Presidential Inauguration proudly declared, through their propaganda mouthpieces in mainstream news, that there would be more troops than police inside the enemys capital, Washington D.C. (7,000 troops, 6,000 police). The Posse Comitatus Act states: "Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or Air Force as a posse comitatus ('power of force of the country') or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined no more than $10,000 (1878 dollars) or imprisoned not more than two years." Two courts found the U.S. guilty of violating the Act in 1973 against Native Americans at Wounded Knee. This led to a court decision allowing for military advice in civilian circumstances. The Free Republic reported, however, that a 1981 finding states "direct participation in law enforcement and arrest are prohibited." What do you think Posse Comitatus says about military snipers presiding over Presidential debates, parades, and conventions? Or, about black helicopters flying over American cities manned by soldiers with high-caliber rifles sporting large-capacity clips not allowed to citizens, despite the 2nd Amendment? These are becoming common occurrence in our occupied country. Under current U.S. laws, purported to allow the most freedom to any human on Earth (a lie and fraud), Iraqi Nationalists are better armed and equipped against the New World Order than are American citizens.
Karen Kwiatkowski speaks truth in her LewRockwell.com article, "Occupied America". Kwiatkowski: "America's occupiers, the big government, war-oriented eunuchs who guard and watch over the Texas emperor's (actually Kennebunkport New England carpetbagger's) global string of poor oil-producing countries, have succeeded in America; occupied America cowers, hoping the beatings will soon stop." Let us not forget that even "environmentalist" Al Gore owned stock in Occidental Oil, and refused to give up that stock during his 2000 presidential campaign. The point is, America is, in reality, an occupied country. The occupation is being implemented by our own military. This is in direct violation of Posse Comitatus.
Our forefathers fought and were victorious against the tyranny of England. Southern forefathers fought and were defeated by Northern aggressors during the War for Southern Independence. Reconstruction Acts were passed as a direct result of the War for Southern Independence. Sold as a way to free slaves, in actuality it made all U.S. citizens slaves with crafty penmanship and legalese. These Acts deem that all Americans are U.S. corporate property. Through "corporate personhood," the Acts further define corporations as persons. Jay Hanson writes in "Corporate Rule": "Before the Civil War of 1861, citizens controlled the corporations! After the Civil War, during the 1870s and 1880s, owners and managers of corporations (the secret society elite and their minions E.F.) pressed relentlessly to expand their powers, and the courts gave them what they wanted. Fortunately, my masters found it fit to provide some protection to their property, and passed Posse Comitatus. Today, they no longer heed their own laws that they themselves passed to protect us, the servants.
